Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: 11 July 2025

This policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Use for Flirtbees and applies to all users of the Flirtbees mobile application, website, and related services (“Flirtbees”, “we”, “our”, the “App”). By accessing or using Flirtbees, you agree to comply with the standards outlined below. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the App.

Zero-Tolerance Policy on Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Flirtbees strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Possession, creation, uploading, distribution, or promotion of any CSAM
  • Grooming, soliciting, or exploiting minors in any way, whether through messages, media, or other user interactions
  • Attempting to circumvent age restrictions or impersonate minors

Any violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination, preservation of evidence, and referral to appropriate legal authorities.

Age Restriction and Verification

Flirtbees is an 18+ platform. Use of the app by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. We employ automated and manual tools to detect and remove underage users.

We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to restrict or terminate access for users who cannot provide sufficient proof of age.

Detection and Moderation Practices

Flirtbees uses a combination of automated detection technologies and manual content moderation to identify and remove CSAE and CSAM from the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Hash-matching against known CSAM databases (e.g., PhotoDNA, Google CSAI Match)
  • AI-based behavioral analysis to detect grooming or suspicious user behavior
  • Community reporting tools to flag content or accounts for review
  • IP, device, and behavioral monitoring to detect high-risk accounts

We retain full discretion to remove content or suspend accounts without prior notice if we suspect any form of abuse or violation of this policy.

Confirmed instances of CSAE or CSAM are immediately reported to:

  • National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
  • Applicable law enforcement agencies
  • International cybercrime units, as appropriate

We comply fully with applicable child protection laws, including the U.S. PROTECT Act, EU Directive 2011/93, and any other relevant regional frameworks.

Account Termination and Evidence Retention

If any user is found to have violated this policy:

  • Their account will be permanently banned
  • Device and IP identifiers may be blacklisted
  • Relevant digital records will be preserved and shared with law enforcement
  • Offending content will be removed and securely archived for investigation purposes

No appeals or reinstatements will be considered in cases involving CSAE or CSAM.

Community Role and User Responsibility

All users of Flirtbees are expected to contribute to a safe, respectful environment. If you encounter any content, user behavior, or messages that you believe may involve CSAE, CSAM, or suspected underage users, you must report it using our in-app reporting tools or by emailing: .

We treat all reports confidentially and act on them with urgency.

Policy Enforcement and Transparency

Flirtbees publishes safety and moderation statistics through internal reports and, where required, to app store providers and relevant regulatory bodies. We regularly update our safety protocols in alignment with new legal standards and technology advancements.

Changes to This Policy

Flirtbees reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or within the app, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services immediately.
